Terms of Service

1. Services

Local Girl Cleaning provides residential cleaning services in the North Port, Florida area and surrounding communities. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings can be made through our website contact form, by phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation (email or text). We strive to accommodate your preferred date and time but cannot guarantee availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and cash. For recurring clients, automatic billing can be arranged. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent stains, or conditions beyond our control.

6. Liability & Insurance

Local Girl Cleaning is fully insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during a cleaning session, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please report any damage within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement at fair market value.

7. Access to Your Home

You are responsible for providing access to your home on the scheduled date and time. This may include providing a key, lockbox code, or garage code. If we cannot access your home at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.

8. Pet Policy

We love pets! For the safety of our team and your animals, we ask that pets be secured or in a comfortable area during the cleaning. We are not responsible for pets that escape through open doors during service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
